Step to buy @ Wonderstruck Shop

This note is going to teach you how to buy some stuffs from our blogshop. Please read it carefully. If there's any mistakes when you place your ordering with us, your order will not be accepted. So, please read it carefully.

Terms:

1. First come first serve basis.
2. Only serious buyers! No back outs or exchange after confirmation or else you will be blacklisted.
3. Once confirmations have been made, no back outs is allowed. If you do not want to purchase the particular item, please send us an email to cancel the order.
4. Buy at your own risk Items are 90-100% in good condition.

Important note:
1. You cannot ask for exchangeable or refund if anything happened to that stuff. ONCE YOU BOUGHT from us, it's consider on your own risk.
2. Colors of items are as shown in pictures unless otherwise stated. Actual colour may very a little due to lighting.
3. Shipping fee is not included (otherwise been stated). Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items.
4. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email notify us. If we do not hear from you within 3 days, we will take it as if you have already received the goods.
5. Items may be reserved for a maximum period of 2 days. Once the 2 days are up, it'll be released to the buyers once again.

Pre-Order Item Terms:

1. Pre-order items means that, the item is need to order and not a ready stock.
2. Normally we will set a pre-order date and send it to our supplier in bulk order.
3. It take 2-3weeks for the item to arrive to us.
4. Once we receive the item, we will send it to our customer immedietely.
